Primary point of contact for all vendors starting 4 weeks out for Month-Of Coordination, or 2 weeks out for Day-Of Coordination

On-site management of your ceremony and reception setup
Coordination coverage ending when the dance floor opens
Month-of Coordination includes coverage for multiple locations, while Day-of Coordination is limited to a single event location

Day of Coordination begins 4 weeks prior to your wedding, with an investment starting at $2000 + hst
Your wedding day includes full-day coverage with a lead planner, plus dedicated support from an assistant, 10–12 hours for Month-of Coordination and 8–10 hours for Day-of Coordination
